Garlic for planting (or eating) This is not a natural dye : )

We’ve been growing and tending this heirloom Italian garlic variety for 25 years now. It first came to us through a farmer friend who discovered it at the Santa Fe farmer’s market in the early 90’s. This Santa Fe farmer apparently fell in love with this variety during her travels in Italy and brought it home to grow. It’s been very good to us over the decades! This is a softneck garlic which is perfect for making braids. It’s a really good storage variety.
